My Professional Experience

With over 16 years experience in the corporate sector I’ve worked with a diverse range of organisations including non-profits, academic institutions, consultancy, investment, insurance firms, innovation businesses, and most recently as HR Business Partner for Learning and Development.

I am an accredited Psychotherapist and a qualified Business and Executive Coach, and have combined my Psychotherapy practice with experience in the corporate world for a number of years.

In my practice I focus on applying psychotherapy and coaching practices for everyday living, through developing resilience, stress response, and mindfulness practice.
